Nested dashboard under IIS have incorrect page URL

I’ve documented this issue 24 days ago here: https://github.com/ironmansoftware/universal-dashboard/issues/1078

The TL;DR version is that the documentation (or support) of nested UD instances under IIS seems to be incorrect.

Anyone found a way to make this work?
