Sometimes it happens that all endpoint calls from scripts and such fails the same time with response 500.
PSU will show following error on the GUI.
Invalid configuration: endpoints.ps1 an hour ago Error An item with the same key has already been added. Key: Endpoint
While the log file will have the following entries.
