Claim to Role Mapping Not Working

I’m attempting to use claims to limit access to specific dashboards. I can use claim mappings via policy script to successfully accomplish this, but when I switch to using the Claim Type and Claim Value fields in the Role properties window it doesn’t work.

Let me know if any additional information is needed.

I figured out the issue. Even though I closed all open Chrome Incognito windows several were still open, but apparently they were running in the background (no actual windows were visible). Credentials entered into one incognito window are shared among others (including new incognito windows).
