App Token Mistakenly Triggers Revoked App Token Trigger

I have a trigger setup for “Revoked App Token Used” that emails me whenever a revoked app token is used however it keeps incorrectly triggering on an app token that has no expiration date. Looking for advice on how to track down what is causing this
