Universal not responding while PowerShell Universal extension loaded

So this is a weird one… I noticed this morning Universal wasn’t responding, restarted the service and it came back for a bit, but went back to not responding fairly quickly. I think I’ve isolated it to happening when I have VS Code open and the Universal extension has connected - looking at netstat on the server it looks like there is between 30-200 connections from my desktop in the ‘TIME_WAIT’ state.

If I keep VS Code closed, the dashboard seems to be stable.

Has anyone else observed a similar behaviour?
