Trial despite installed license

Hy,
we just bought UA and installed the license but we are getting still a waring we are using a trial version. Furthermore is remote access not available.

Anything we are doing wrong?

Hi @faba,

I just sent you instructions via email on how to remove this warning. Mostly, you will need to install the UD license and then you should be able to use it remotely and the warning should go away on the dashboard.
