Has anyone had this before? Sometimes when I launch my Dashboard, the Header/Footer is no longer blue. Closing VS Code or Powershell ISE usually resolves it, just curious what could cause this.

Hey @K_Summers I have had this lots of times…although I cannot give you an exact reason this happens, other than it is CSS related, as in it appears UD cannot render the current theme, so it looks like it uses Materialize default theme colours.
