Newtonsoft crash when starting Dashboard (with workaround)

I receive the same crash as an issue on Github.

@adam I saw that you closed this with a note “Cannot reproduce”, so I might be able to help with that. (I also commented on the issue but I’m guessing you don’t get notified on a closed issue.)

Originally I thought it was a problem with my server, so I spun up a new VM and UD worked fine. Then I installed the Exchange 2010 management tools, and started getting the error. Uninstalled Exchange, and it’s working fine again.

For me, it would be nice to be able to have these installed on the same box (an IT management jump host) but it’s certainly not critical.

Have you tried to repair install .Net 4.7 after installing the Exchange tools?

I have not - it wasn’t a big deal at the time so I just removed it. I will give that a try and report back.
