If you collapse the left Menu bar down to Icons only then hover over the various icons the popup menus remain onscreen when you move to another icon. Only way to clear them is to refresh the page or switch the theme.
This is on Firefox 103.0.2 and Chrome 104.0.5112.81

Same issue in 3.2.2.
To replicate just collapse the menu bar then move up the menu icons.
I can reproduce this. That said, I don’t usually have the collapsed view like that. Did this used to work fine in previous versions?

Yeah, same in 2.10.2 at least.
I opened a bug for this. I’m seeing it in all recent versions.
